INTRO
Hi. I’m Elizabeth.
If you’ve landed here, you likely value creativity and intelligence, live by an ethic of care, and believe in the power of sacredness, collective healing & liberation, and our shared humanity. Hopefully, you also love the Earth and her wondrous creations, and would rather see us all living an equitable existence than worshipping at the altar of capitalism.
Now that we’ve established some basic common ground, here’s a little about me:
Imagine a cross between Mary Poppins, Rafiki, and Eartha Kitt. That’s not exactly who I am, but the dearest people in my life would tell you, it’s pretty damn close!
I’m also a proud elder/geriatric millennial hailing from the late 1900s, and a voracious student of movement and the body, the healing arts, relational cosmologies, spirituality, human behavior, pleasure activism, the erotic, and the unseen.
I’ve developed everything offered here over 23 years of guiding, leading, training, and caring for students and clients all over the world. And perhaps more importantly, nothing you’ll find here is theory alone. As a neurodivergent person, feeling, knowing, and understanding everything through my own brain, body, bones, intuitive capacities, and experience is the deepest part of every offering.
If it has to do with your soul, your spirit, your most powerful gifts, talents, expression, contribution, and relationships, OR self-trust, healing, wholeness, getting free, and connecting to something bigger than all of us—I’m about it.
Some of my proudest creations include: Wild Soul Movement, The School of Sacred Embodiment, The Wild Soul Sacred Body Community, Medicina Erotica, and Untame Yourself.
I’m also super proud of my show, Embodied with Elizabeth DiAlto, which I just rebooted in 2026 after a two-year hiatus. To date, it has ~ 4million downloads, and despite the hiatus, is still ranked in the top .5% of podcasts worldwide!!

Separation from sacredness is the root of much of the world’s suffering, trauma, and indignity.
When we’re connected to the sacredness within ourselves and all of life, it becomes much easier and more natural to make choices that honor, respect, protect, and include people, and much harder to make choices that oppress, abuse, or violate them.
This is the governing ethos of everything I do, and also why the work meets people where they are, across as few or as many layers as needed:
