You’ll notice that all love notes and testimonials on this site are accompanied by initials only. Privacy and sanctity matter a lot in this kind of work. Many of my clients have high-profile careers, are leaders, creatives, parents, and/or have other reasons for desiring privacy. Being a trusted confidante for them is part of the fun of “my job.”
And as lovely as it is to read so many positive experiences and meaningful transformations, much of the credit belongs to the people showing up for themselves, engaging the work honestly, and integrating what they uncover along the way. No practitioner, modality, or space can guarantee specific outcomes for every person, but it is one of my life’s greatest blessings that these folks resonated with me–in some cases for a moment in time, in others, for many years (and still counting!)

I found my way to your work when I was already very deep in the New Age spiritual world, and you were there in the middle of it all like a splash of fresh water on my face.

If you are considering working with Elizabeth all I can say is don’t expect a wallflower, don’t expect vague platitudes or wishy- washy, and don’t expect someone who needs their ego fed in some sort or weird hero/guru worship.
I was introduced to Elizabeth through a friend of mine in the Spring of 2014. I started working with Elizabeth over three years ago when I had hit a low point in my self esteem, self trust and life purpose. I was feeling stagnant and somewhat isolated. Over the years, I’ve evolved in my communication skills, self-confidence, body attunement/expression, and especially in my connection to the Divine.

I trust myself to listen to my intuition, and follow through with it even when it doesn’t make sense and I trust in life more than I used to.
I found Elizabeth over 7 years ago. When I originally signed up for her POWER program, I didn’t know why I did, I just felt an intuitive pull that it was something I needed at the time. What I can say now is that working with Elizabeth has completely changed my life. I have always loved how real and genuine Elizabeth is, when everyone is so all over the place it is insanely helpful to be able to look out into the world and see such grounded joyful wisdom. I have been engaging with Elizabeth’s work for years now. I think I must listen to her Embodied Podacst episode on “How to Pray + Develop Your Prayer Practice” every year.
I remember the first time I heard it I had been wanting to feel connected with my heart and soul when I was praying. I felt this pull to go walk a prayer walk as she suggests at the local marsh. I just started to pray to my guides, the angels, my ancestors, Mother Mary, and any feeling of God I have ever had a connection with, and I started to go for this prayer walk almost every day. Suddenly, when I would hit this certain point in my walk, I would just find myself beginning to say, “Please make me a divine conduit of love,” and I would repeat it over and over. It completely renewed my practice with praying, and I will be forever grateful for her sharing her experience and connection to the divine. “
