Once a month, I host a 90-minute immersive, transformational experience to provide potent medicine for navigating healing and expansion in the internal and external terrain. The themes are often reflective and inclusive of current astrological themes/transits and/or the Full or New Moon.

Each one includes a group Coherent Field reading based on your inquiries and reflections. After that, through prayer, energy work, and embodied activation, we shift, release, and receive what’s needed most. There’s also always time for sharing, being witnessed, and Q+A.

Ask E Anything sessions serve two functions:

1) To provide you with space to think out loud, be met honestly, and leave clearer than you arrived. This is the session to book when you need a grounded perspective or orientation during a moment of uncertainty.

2) This is also the best place to start if you’d like to have a Discovery Call to co-design a “just-right-for-you” 1:1 experience for working together.

Everyone needs clarity, insight, and affirmation sometimes when decisions are on the line, and things are shifting, expanding, or in need of wise and coherent consideration.

For many years, I offered Akashic Records Readings. Eventually,the readings evolved beyond the Akashic Records to include ancestral and archetypal wisdom, as well as physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual pattern reading. Essentially, more of your parts and your guides may speak up in the reading.

Regardless of the guides who step forward to assist you, readings are excellent for when you want to tap into higher insight and guidance than your conscious mind allows you to do on your own.

You have the option to book a recorded-only reading, where you submit your questions via a form and I send you a recording, or a live reading, where we meet on Zoom with an option to record also.

These sessions are recorded-only and make the most sense when you’re feeling stuck, stagnant, overwhelmed, agitated, resentful, etc. They help you release emotional and energetic residue so you can return to yourself and move forward without carrying what’s no longer yours.

Upon purchase you’ll receive a form to fill out and let me know exactly what’s going on that you want to clear. You can download the recording once I send it to revisit anytime, so it never expires.

Restore & Recalibrate sessions provide focused and intentional energy work for when you don’t need insight, you don’t want to talk through or process anything, and you don’t feel like moving or journeying in any way either. You just want to receive, and you want your energy to shift.

These sessions support your nervous system and energetic body in returning to balance. Especially after periods of grief, stress, transition, or prolonged output, and are live-only (via Zoom or in-person in Brooklyn*). No recordings.

Named “Apothecary” because these sessions feel like wandering into a magical space and finding exactly what you need.

Apothecary sessions don’t impose any kind of set processes or strict modalities. Rather, I facilitate conditions for balance, clarity, and integration, while tracking what your system is ready for in real time.

This offering may weave together embodied, archetypal, or ancestral healing, energy work, somatic, or imaginal practices, and they are live-only (via Zoom or in-person in Brooklyn*). No recordings.

When you need to get out of your head and into your body, learn to speak your body’s own unique language of the senses, and process things without over-thinking, analyzing, or talking.

The body is a wise and efficient vessel, regardless of how much or often you’ve worked with it before.

Sacred Embodiment sessions always include some customized Wild Soul Movement and guided body work. Depending on your needs, they may also weave in ritual, prayer, intention, mantra, or music for a grounding, recalibrating, and deeply nourishing experience that helps you release what’s ready to go and integrate what’s fortifying.
